The Family Sampler Box includes a tasteful variety prepared from healthy beef raised on our small family farm:

• 25% Steak varieties including Rib Eye, T-Bone and Sirloin.
• 35% Roasts including Chuck, Sirloin Tip, or Rump Roast.
• 40% of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).

*Please be aware that these cuts may change month to month.

Shipping

Your sampler beef box will be shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging to keep your beef frozen. 

Packaging

All cuts are individually double paper wrapped and labeled.

Freezer Space

Your beef will easily fit in your family freezer compartment.
