We are currently taking deposits for January 2025! 

This bundle includes approximately 400 lbs of pasture-raised beef. 

Custom cuts available how ever you would like it, otherwise the following is our standard package.

• 40% Premium Ground Beef: Your choice of convenient 1, 1.5 or 2lb packaging. 
• 35% Savoury Beef Cuts i.e., Stew meat, Top Sirloin Roast, Cross-Rib roast, etc. 
• 25% Premium Grass-Finished Beef Steaks: Sirloin, T-bone, Rib Eyes. 
• Brisket is included in this bundle

Pay the final amount (approx: $3,500) when your beef is ready.

--Deposit--

Your whole beef share deposit is $2,000. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment is based on half of the bone-out weight of your beef. We will provide an invoice with the final amount when your beef has been processed and weighed.

1. You reserve your Whole Grass-Fed Beef Share today with a $2,000 deposit

2. We'll have our butcher process your beef 

3. Once final payment has been processed we will arrange pick up or local delivery. 

---Freezer Space---

This Whole Beef Share will require approximately 16 cubic ft. of freezer space.

All cuts are individually packaged and labeled. Your beef will arrive fully frozen, double wrapped, and secure!
